Ann C. Mangiameli

Ann Mangiameli is the founder of Mangiameli Law Offices LLC. She has over 31 years of experience in various areas of law including civil and criminal litigation, domestic relations, juvenile court, bankruptcy, consumer defense, estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, and social security disability.  She is a member of the National Association of Social Security Disability Representatives and has served as a mentor for new social security disability practitioners through the organization. Ms. Mangiameli’s current practice focusses on Social Security Disability, Guardianships & Conservatorships, Elder Law & Estate Planning, and Probate & Estate Administration. 

Ann is licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska, The United States District Court for the District of Nebraska and the United States District Court for the Eighth Circuit.

Ann is originally from Aberdeen, South Dakota. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Management. She received her Juris Doctorate at Creighton University School of Law. 

Ann was awarded the Visionary Award by the Nebraska Lawyers Foundation in 2020. 

Outside of her practice, Ann enjoys running half marathons, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughters.

Prior to joining Mangiameli Law Offices, Sara graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Business Law. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law on a full-tuition academic scholarship. While at KU Law, Sara was a member of the Legal Aid Clinic, where she represented indigent clients in both criminal and civil matters.

Sara is licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska and the District of Nebraska. 

Sara was born and raised in Nebraska. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring antique and thrift shops, and spending time with her dog, Theodore. She also has a talent for juggling and loves finding creative outlets outside of the law.
